Pure virgin hair refers to hair that has never been chemically processed such as dyes, perms, and relaxers. Our Pure Virgin Hair is hand selected.

All Straight Textures are measured true to length. The Natural Wave, Deep Wave, and Curly are measured when hair is pulled straight.

YES, this is 100% Virgin Human Hair, so treat it as your own. You can curl and straighten the hair as desired. (Note – The hair may lose some of the curl pattern with constant blow dryer and products containing keratin. )

YES, you can color the hair. However, we do recommend having this professional done. Please be advised the hair will no longer be virgin once you color or process the hair.

For a full sew in weave we recommend buying 2-3 packs of hair for 14” and below. For hair over 16″, we recommend ordering 3-4 packs of hair. These recommendations are for a more natural look. For a fuller look, we recommend using more packs of hair.

Worn hair cannot be exchanged or returned due to lack of sanitation. Any hair that has been tampered with from its original package can not be exchanged or return.

For incorrect items shipped, we will provide exchange and pay for shipping. Please contact us with 48 hours of receiving the order. Once we have received the item in its original state, an exchange will be rendered. Incorrect items purchased by the customer will not be exchanged or refunded.

After receiving your ravishing extensions, co-wash with Herbal Essence Hello Hydratiion Conditioner and allow extensions to air dry!! The extensions may smell of grapeseed oil (great for moisturizing)!

Maintaining your Extensions: *Wash and Condition when needed with Herbal Essence Hello Hydration Shampoo and Conditioner

• Deep Condition biweekly with Avanti Silicone Mix Conditioner
• Light oils can be used such as Organic Coconut Oil
• While resting wrap hair in silk/satin bonnet or scarf or sleep on silk/satin pillow case
• Seal your wefts to prevent shedding
• Avoid using Alcohol based products.
